Unless absolutely necessary for the purposes of consideration whilst delivering a project or at the request of the Client – ‘special category data’ will not be collected (e.g. health data may need to be captured for the purposes of adaptation for accessibility, or other specialist data for our workforce to consider whilst working in your home).
Depending on your project requirements, some of your personal data may be shared proportionately and securely with specialist suppliers/providers for the purposes of delivering project elements only. (e.g. addresses for delivery, names for specialist consultations).
We may securely hold your data for the duration of your project and up to six years, unless otherwise requested.
Your data is solely used for the purposes of service provision and invoicing.
Your feedback is always used to inform service improvement internally – We may use your feedback for the purposes of marketing, however your consent will be sought at point of feedback capture.
Our marketing is carried out via Instagram, Houzz and www.rosstaylorhomes.co.uk – We do not use collected data for marketing purposes (e.g. we do not hold contact lists for direct mailing) nor do we share your data with any third parties for marketing purposes.
Our Instagram account is open – depending on your individual account settings, your interactions with @rosstaylorhomes could be visible to other users.
